We believe that certified Massage Therapists and Holistic Health Practitioners should have a variety of bodywork modalities at their disposal. This is why we offer a solid background in circulatory and sports massage, oriental techniques massage, human anatomy and deep tissue manipulation massage. Since 1993 Healing Hands School of Holistic Health
Has offered 1,000-hour, California State approved Holistic Massage Therapy Training to talented students, preparing them to enter the healthcare field as highly qualified and Certified Massage Therapists with thorough working knowledge of the human body and the art of bodywork.
After completing our Massage Therapy Certification program, graduates will receive California Massage Therapy Certification. They are also eligible to take the exam given by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. In addition, graduates of our program are eligible to take the exams offered by most other licensing states requiring bodywork training.
Our teaching philosophy is to honor and encourage the individual in a supportive environment. We encourage our students to use this program as a tool for both professional development and personal growth. At the core of our massage therapy program is a commitment to a holistic, integrated approach to Massage Therapy. Our program consists courses that combine the medical knowledge of the body, a variety of massage techniques, communication skills and business practices to create an dynamic Massage Therapist. A clinical practical course gives you invaluable supervised experience providing massage services to the public. Unlike many massage therapy schools, we understand that it is not just knowing massage technique, which creates an effective and successful massage therapist, we teach you a client centered philosophy. You learn how to interview, assess and treat each client to create a unique treatment experience, every session, every time.
